This week I have a PSA (for the full episode, listen here)…and I don’t say that lightly. Dark forces are my area of expertise — it’s literally what I was built for. So when I see dangerous misinformation spreading in this space, speaking up is my responsibility.
There are spiritual “teachers” (with large followings, by the way), telling their students that demons can be healed, turned into guides, used as allies (or even friends). That they’re misunderstood (maybe these people watched K Pop Demon Hunters too many times, tbh).
And I need you to hear me clearly: that is not true. And it is dangerous.
The only thing they got right: they can help you heal…but at a huge price.
Demons are second realm beings. While we exist in the third realm, here on Earth, they are in the second realm where it’s a place of fight or flight. They don’t reason, they don’t feel love, they don’t have a higher agenda that you can negotiate with. Trying to reason with a demon is genuinely less productive than trying to reason with a bird.
There are two types. Cooperative demons - which are attached to people through rituals (typically involving sacrifices) - and used by those who have disconnected from Source to get what they want. I don’t touch people with cooperative demons, no thank you, because it means they’ve consciously agreed to it and likely did some pretty dark stuff to obtain it.
Then there are parasitic demons, which are exactly what they sound like: they feed off your light and drain you from the inside out. They also mess with your thoughts. If someone is spinning out in addiction, in rage, in despair — there’s often a parasitic demon in or corded into their energy field.
Can demons “help” people? Technically, yes. John of God — the man later arrested for child trafficking and other horrendous acts — was using demons and dark entities to perform healings. So yes, it’s possible. But the cost to the human is enormous, while the benefit is maybe 0.5%, not to mention the ripple effects that can follow you into multiple lifetimes.
That’s not a trade I would ever recommend anyone make.
When I sat with this and looked at why these teachings are gaining traction, it made complete sense — and it’s actually very intentional.
For a long time, the dark force agenda was to make people terrified of demons. Hollywood did its job well. But now, more people are waking up. More people are seeing through the fear. So the strategy has shifted — now it’s humanization. Make the dark seem misunderstood. Make it seem loving. Make it seem like something you can befriend.
You can see it everywhere once you know what you’re looking for: K-Pop Demon Hunters, Twilight, Buffy falling in love with a vampire. It’s not new — it’s just accelerating. And it works because humans are wired for empathy. We want to believe that everything has light in it.
But here’s the truth: demons cannot feel love. And love — our ability to feel it, embody it, transmit it — is actually one of our greatest defenses against them. The moment we start extending that love toward beings who are fundamentally incapable of receiving it, we open a door we really don’t want to open.
The teachers spreading this information? Most of them have dark force issues themselves. It’s not entirely their fault — they’re being influenced by the very thing they’re teaching about. But that doesn’t make it less harmful to the people listening.
I’ll be honest — I’m still working on the urge to correct people. The old me would have been in the comments of those posts faster than you could say “second realm.”
But I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way — that pushing your truth on people doesn’t work. It actually does the opposite. The law of opposing forces is real. The more you push, the harder they push back.
I have a family member who is very religious. She believes that reciting the Lord’s Prayer is sufficient protection from dark forces. It isn’t — and I can see that she has a real parisitic demon issue. But I don’t have her permission to clear it, and getting involved without that would have repercussions for me energetically. So I keep my mouth shut, send love, and trust that it’s part of her soul plan.
And then there’s the family member who used to make fun of me for what I do. Who would hear about it secondhand and laugh. I never said a word. I just stayed in my lane, helped the people who came to me, and let my results speak.
Guess who called me this week when their child was terrified by something in their home?
I looked in…it was a demon. And I helped without a single “I told you so” required. My younger self would be so proud. ;-)
Planting a seed — just letting people know what you do and that you’re available — is infinitely more powerful than convincing anyone of anything. They’ll find their way to you when they’re ready. They always do.
Here’s where it all connects — the demon misinformation, the family member stories, all of it.
Emotions are not truth. But they are data. And if you’re not getting a handle on them, they are quietly creating reflections in your life that make you a match for exactly the kind of dark energy you’re trying to clear.
Every dark force entity has its own corresponding reflection. If you don’t understand the reflective piece — if you just keep clearing without addressing what’s emotionally calling these things in — it will keep coming back. The clearing without the emotional root work is just a revolving door.
I was reminded of this personally just last week. I hurt my hip moving tables at an event, and weeks later I could feel something in that area that genuinely grossed me out — like a cord or something attached near the bone. My first reaction was emotional. I got in my feelings about it.
And then I stopped. I calmed down, used my intuition, found the root, pulled the tools — physical and energetic — to address it. Done.
But if I had spiraled? That emotional energy would have created more reflections, drawn more interference, and made the whole thing exponentially worse. That’s not theory, that’s just how the energy field works.
Know thyself. And then clear thyself. In that order.
Because I get heaps of dark force questions in my inbox every single day — from clients, fellow intuitives, from people mid-session with a client and not sure what they’re looking at — I’m building something.
It’s a live, ongoing program for people who already have dark force training and want to go deeper. We’ll go entity by entity. I’ll share updated techniques (because yes, the techniques have to evolve — dark force plans shift constantly, and a method that worked two years ago may not be enough now). You can bring real client situations. I’ll check your technique. We’ll decode the reflective piece together.
You can listen to the podcast to hear the qualifications or simply get on the waitlist here and I’ll reach out to chat with you when it’s ready.
If you haven’t yet been trained in dark force techniques yet — Light It Up is your starting point, and once you’re in, you’ll qualify.
Details are still coming together, but I wanted to put it out there because the need is real and I’m ready to build this container.
Dark forces are not your friends. But understanding them — really understanding them — is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself, your clients, and the people you love.
Stay precise. Stay grounded. And please, for the love of Source, stop trying to befriend the dark parasites of the world.
Sending so much love, Angela XO
