You know how so many moms feel stuck in that cycle of trying to lose weight, starting over every Monday, and never seeing the scale move?

If you’re anything like most of them, you’ve tried things like Weight Watchers, tracking macros, or cutting calories, even considering things like GLP-1 shots… but nothing sticks because it’s either too restrictive, too overwhelming, or just not built for real life with kids.

For us Catholic moms, it can be even harder because in addition to feeling maxed out with the normal mom stuff, we’re also trying to model our faith for our kids, live liturgically (this is optional by the way, you don’t have to bake freshly made pastries and have coordinated crafts for every feast day unless you actually enjoy it), and maybe even spend more time in prayer or reading the Bible.

I know this because I’m living it myself.

I have four kids on this side of Heaven, and our lives are so full and busy. Just like you, I’m great at doing everything for everyone else and putting myself and my needs last. And after five pregnancies where I gained weight like crazy only to drop a few pounds with a restrictive plan that left me rebounding and discouraged, I decided enough was enough.

Pic from my birthday last week with my sweet kiddos!

I’m done with diets, with tracking and counting, with feeling uncomfortable at social gatherings frantically deciding what I’m “allowed” to eat, or even worse, explaining that “No I’m skipping cake because I’m trying to lose weight” and then feeling all the FOMO.

After making that shift in my own life, I’ve dedicated myself to helping more moms do the same thing. Because life’s too short to miss out on margarita night with the girls, am I right?!

When you decide to start eating better on Monday or try to quickly drop a few pounds for a special event, or even just commit to “being healthier,” the reason you often give up isn’t because you don’t have enough willpower.

It’s because you’re missing structure, support, and a trusted guide to actually help you.

That’s where health coaching comes in.

A lot of people think a health coach is going to hand them a strict plan and tell them exactly what to eat.

That’s not really how I work. (And that’s great news for you!)

What I actually do is help you focus on what’s going to make the biggest difference for you right now, instead of trying to change everything at once.

We take things one step at a time and build simple habits that actually fit into your real life… not some ideal version of your life where you have tons of time and energy and no one to take care of but yourself.

I use a simple 3-phase system that focuses on stabilizing your body, building sustainable habits, and integrating your faith so you can experience real food freedom, more energy, and finally feel like yourself again without dieting or starting over.

What this actually looks like is simple.

First, we stabilize your body, so your energy and digestion feel better. Then we build habits that fit your real life as a busy mom. And over time, you stop relying on willpower and actually feel consistent.

A big part of this is creating structure, so you’re not waking up every day trying to “be good” or hoping you make the right choices in the moment. Because willpower works for a little while… until it doesn’t.

Instead, you have a plan, you know what you’re working on, and you have someone walking with you through it.

And honestly, that accountability piece matters more than most people expect. Not in a pressure-filled way, but in a steady, supportive way that helps you keep going even when motivation fades.

One thing that makes my approach a little different is that my faith is part of it too.

I work primarily with Catholic moms, and that shapes the way I look at health. It’s not just about losing weight or fixing symptoms. It’s about learning to care for your body in a way that’s rooted in grace, not guilt.

This really started for me during a season when I paired Whole30 with a 33-day Marian consecration. On the surface, those seem like two completely different things… but for me, that’s when something finally clicked.

Instead of just trying to “be good” with food, I started approaching my health with more intention, more prayer, and honestly, more peace. It wasn’t about being perfect. It was about showing up consistently, with a different mindset.

That experience shaped so much of how I approach coaching now.

A lot of women I talk to are used to being really hard on themselves… feeling like they just need to try harder or be more disciplined. But that usually just leads to the same cycle of starting over.

Instead, we focus on small, consistent changes and a more patient approach. The goal is progress that actually lasts and feels good, not perfection.

And it also has to fit into real life.

This isn’t about cutting out everything you enjoy or overhauling your whole life. If Friday night is pizza and a movie with your family, we’re keeping that. We just build around your real life.

I’m a mom too, so I know what it’s like to be juggling kids, meals, school schedules, and everything else. You don’t need a complicated routine or extreme plan to make progress. You need something simple enough that you can actually stick with it, even on busy or messy days.

And when it is built around your faith and you have a guide who understands that too, that makes it even better!

I love working with Catholic moms and also other Christian women who are looking for a faith-based approach to their health.

Most of the women I work with are busy moms who are juggling a lot. They’re taking care of everyone else, trying to make healthy choices, and doing their best to stay on top of everything… but they still feel stuck.

They’re often tired, dealing with bloating or low energy, and frustrated that what they’ve been trying isn’t really working.

A lot of them feel like they’ve “tried everything,” but nothing seems to stick for very long. They’ll have a good week or two, and then life gets busy or something throws them off, and they find themselves right back where they started.

And usually, they’re at a point where they’ve realized they don’t just need more information… they need support.

They want guidance. They want structure. They want accountability.

They don’t need a trainer yelling at them in the gym, but they also don’t need a friend who just encourages them without ever challenging them to be better. That’s my sweet spot. I’m able to help my clients in a way that actually helps them follow through and stay consistent, even when life isn’t perfect.

And when we work together over time, this is what starts to change:

You have more stable energy.

Your digestion improves.

Cravings feel more manageable.

And you’re not constantly thinking about food or feeling like you need to start over.

I’m going to be real with you here for a minute. You CAN do this on your own. You’re a smart, resourceful woman. And some women genuinely enjoy figuring things out on their own and like researching, trying different things, and piecing it all together over time.

But a lot of women reach a point where they realize they don’t actually want to keep doing this alone. Just because you CAN do it all by yourself doesn’t mean you HAVE to. It’s just like any other part of motherhood…having the support of a village makes a world of difference.

I can be that for you!

When we work together, you’ll get structure, clarity, a personalized plan tailored to your specific goals, and so much 1:1 support from me. That’s where the magic happens. That’s what moves you from starting over every Monday to staying consistent and actually seeing change happen.

It’s one of the most meaningful parts of the work I get to do… walking alongside women as they finally start to feel better, have more energy, and experience a sense of peace with their health again.

And if you’re reading this and thinking, “I don’t want to keep doing this alone anymore,” you don’t have to. I would absolutely love to support you!
