You know what I love about being Catholic at Christmas time?
It’s that Christmas isn’t only one day.
Happy fifth day of Christmas!
While a lot of the hustle and bustle of baking, parties, and gift wrapping has died down (or in my case, creating toys that didn’t exist due to my kids’ fervent belief that Santa can make anything…), we’re still very much in celebration mode as Catholics.
The tree is still up, the lights are on, and my Christmas cards still aren’t in the mailbox yet.
And I think that’s what makes this stretch of days after Christmas so unique.
The big moments are over, but the celebration hasn’t ended. There’s still light, still beauty, still meaning. And it’s even a little more quiet than it was last week (unless your kids got a lot of noisy toys, in which case I’m sorry for you!). But in general, there’s a bit more space to slow down and actually just “be.”
For a lot of women, this is when they realize, “I don’t actually feel that good.”
Maybe they indulged more than usual with Christmas cookies and wine, or maybe they intentionally decided to put their health goals on hold until “after the holidays.”
None of that is wrong. In fact, I even encouraged some of that in my Await With Grace devotional. It makes sense in this season.
But when things finally slow down, many women realize something else too.
They’ve been meaning to take their health off the back burner for a while now, but December already asked so much of them.
Adding one more decision, one more plan, one more thing to manage just wasn’t realistic in the middle of the holidays. So they waited.
And now, in this quieter space after Christmas, that desire hasn’t gone away.
What usually feels hardest at this point isn’t motivation. It’s decision fatigue.
Knowing you want to feel better, but feeling overwhelmed by where to start, what actually matters for your body, and how to follow through when life fills back up again.
That’s where personalized support can make all the difference.
Over the past month, I’ve had many conversations with Catholic moms who feel exactly this way. And maybe you do too.
Because of that, I’m opening a small number of 1:1 health coaching spots for Catholic moms who want to feel better in their bodies, have steadier energy, and stop starting over, without restrictive diets, shots, or expensive supplements.
This is a private, personalized coaching relationship. The work is about having someone pay attention, help you connect the dots, and walk with you consistently so you’re not left guessing or losing momentum.
It’s not about pressure, and it’s definitely not about perfection.
It’s about giving you clear guidance and personalized support to finally prioritize your health in a way that works with real life, not against it.
Whether you have a specific weight loss goal in mind, or you just want to have more energy and feel better, I can help you.
Right now, I’m opening space for a small number of women who may be thinking,
“I know now is the time. I just need support actually following through.”
If that might be you, you can simply reply to this email with “tell me more” and a sentence or two about what feels hardest right now, or any questions you may have.
And if this isn’t you, but someone came to mind as you were reading, feel free to forward this email to her. Sometimes the right support reaches us through a friend.
Thank you for being here. I’m genuinely grateful you’re part of this space.
With grace,
Andrea
