Andrea Frey · Fiat Wellness Weekly

Life with a newborn is different every time, and baby number four has had her own set of challenges. We’re doing okay, but these past two months have been a complete blur of doctor appointments due to weight gain and feeding struggles.

She’s sweeter than pie though, and literally the happiest baby which is a huge blessing! Thank you for all of the prayers, we’ve felt every single one. Things are looking up this week, and I’m hoping we’re going to put the struggles behind us soon.

And although I’ve been quieter (aka nonexistent) in your inbox lately, I have been creating something super special with you in mind! I’ll tell you about that at the end, but first, I want to talk about Advent.

The Advent season is such a special time as we prepare our hearts and our homes for Christ’s birth. Among the weekly family candle lighting activities, the many (awesome) feast days, and Christmas prep, it can also be downright exhausting as a mom.

We spend so much time, energy, and money making the season magical for our kids, but usually that comes at the cost of taking care of ourselves.

First of all, I want to remind you that you have permission to skip things. You don’t have to do the Elf on the Shelf (we never do… I know, gasp!). You don’t have to say yes to every holiday invitation. Remember, it’s ok to say no or to skip something this year. One step toward preserving (or reclaiming) peace this season is to do just that.

But most of us do like to do some sort of devotional or guided meditation during Advent to prepare our hearts. If you’re anything like me, though, that usually lasts a few days before I fall behind, and maybe a week before I feel like it’s “too late” to continue so I stop and plan to try again next year.

Well, not this time!

This year, I wrote Await With Grace: A Weekly Advent Wellness Devotional for Busy Catholic Moms, and I’m beyond excited to share it with you. Instead of daily readings, this devotional has a foundational reflection for each week paired with a personal wellness focus and optional prompts for deeper daily reflection.

It’s not about adding another thing to your to do list but rather focusing our hearts and our minds on preparing for Christ’s birth while also improving our health, instead of doing a bunch of things to sabotage it this time of year.

And I’m super excited to announce that you can grab your own copy of the Await With Grace devotional right now on Amazon as a paperback or Kindle version, OR you can get a digital/printable PDF copy as part of the Catholic Mom Bundle that launches on November 17th!

https://catholic-mom-bundle.myshopify.com/?ref=ANDREAFREY

The Catholic Mom Bundle (aff. link) is an amazing group of resources from some of the best Catholic creators. There are 33 digital products included that will help moms with everything from family fun and happy homes to emotional health and spiritual growth.

The bundle goes on sale from November 17-21 and is just $25 (that’s 96% off the value of all the products combined!). Make sure to bookmark this page (my affiliate link) so you can grab the bundle as soon as it goes live! If you want a digital/printable copy of the Await With Grace devotional, this is definitely the best bang for your buck!

I’m going to make a private group for everyone who gets the devotional (either through the bundle or on Amazon) so that we can journey through Advent together this year with less stress and more peace, so stay tuned!

If you joined the waitlist for the Fall Fiat Reset and you’ve been wondering where the details are, I apologize! Because of all of our baby struggles these past two months, I haven’t been able to launch the Fall Fiat Reset on time. At this point, it’s almost winter! I won’t be able to run a live round of the Fall Fiat Reset this year, but my goal is to offer a self-paced version for Black Friday. Then, we will join together in January for a live run of the Winter Fiat Reset! Thank you so much for your prayers and understanding.

That’s it for today, I’m going to go enjoy baby snuggles while looking at the lake up north. I hope you have a wonderful Friday!

👀👀👀Keep an eye on your inbox over the next few weeks. I know you’re about to get a billion Black Friday emails, but if you’re interested in a whole foods-based health reset, you’re definitely gonna want to grab the self-paced Fall Fiat Reset offer since it will be at the biggest discount I’ll ever offer! (Spoiler alert, even though it’s branded for fall, you can do it any time of the year!)

And if you already know you want it and don’t want to worry about missing the email, just hit reply to this email or leave a comment (if you’re reading it on Substack), and I’ll personally send you the details.

With Grace,

Andrea
