During the Microsoft AI Tour in Bengaluru, Nadella announced Microsoft’s $3 billion commitment to expand the Azure infrastructure in India, calling it the company’s largest investment in the country so far.
Nadella also spotlighted GitHub Copilot Workspace, which now supports Indian languages like Kannada and Hindi. “Think about this – every person can now start programming, whether it’s in Hindi, Brazilian, or Portuguese, and bring back the joy of coding in their native language,” he shared, underscoring Microsoft’s vision to make coding more inclusive.
