NVIDIA chief Jensen Huang took the stage at CES 2025 with a bold prediction: IT departments will soon function as the “HR for AI agents”, onboarding, managing, and training digital employees.
And when Huang speaks, the future listens!
“In the future, IT departments will maintain, nurture, onboard, and improve a whole bunch of digital agents,” Huang said, highlighting their transformative potential in industries ranging from healthcare to finance. These agents, capable of automating complex tasks and collaborating with human teams, represent what Huang calls a “multi-trillion-dollar opportunity”.
