Happy Wednesday! We have some new updates and events for you all this week, keep reading to learn more about them!
As of right now, we are unsure about the state of SNAP EBT and the government shutdown but stay tuned for more updates! In solidarity we are continuing our 50% off program for students in financial need. Feel free to see our Instagram for updates!
For students who are not in financial need, we are also offering the option to donate to the store with your purchase. Our subsidy fund is finite, so we ask that we all work together to enable groceries to remain affordable to our community during the shutdown: https://www.every.org/anabels-grocery-cta
We ordered chicken halves this week instead of chicken thigh. If you are interested in purchasing them they are being sold at Anabel’s for $3.34 a pound. See the image below:
Please fill our customer feedback survey! It helps the Anabel’s team immensely and we would love to implement your feedback for future semesters! If you filled out the survey feel free to bring in your confirmation form to get 10% off your order 💕!
Our Collaboration & Education Committee is hosting a jam making event in collaboration with the Food Recovery Network on Nov 19th at 5pm in Anabel Taylor Hall!
We have a pop-up THIS THURSDAY (11/12) showcasing Lev Kitchen’s Hot Sauce from 3-5pm in Collegetown. Stop by to try them out!
