I was thinking recently about how easy it is to take books for granted.
Most of us can walk into a bookstore, library, or even our own homes and find something to read. But not every child has that opportunity.
That’s why we’re starting something new.
If you know a classroom, library, family, homeschool group, or child who could benefit from more books, reply to this email and tell me a little about their situation.
We’re building a list of people who need books so that as funding and donations become available, we can help connect more kids with stories. We currently have an opportunity to offer a whole class books for each kid in their class!

If you’ve never watched a Kids Ask Authors Answer episode before, kids read a book, submit their questions, and then get to interview the author themselves.
The conversations always take unexpected turns, and this episode is no exception.
Along the way, kids will discover:

We’re adding new books almost every day, so the final number will be even bigger.
