Today I almost used too much water. It is 2 cups water like the recipe states and the batch makes 3 cups. I used slightly over 2 cups water so it was a bit thinner but perfect for today. If you want a thicker soup reduce the liquid by 1/2 a cup.
Lovely to spend sometime in my kitchen with you this morning…
