Following weeks of bad polling and headlines, Vivek Ramaswamy’s out-of-state billionaire funded Super PAC has taken to the airwaves to spread lies about Dr. Amy Acton.
In reality, Dr. Acton worked for Republican Governor Mike DeWine who has repeatedly stated that the decisions made during COVID were his, opposes illegal immigration while Ramaswamy wants to outsource American jobs, and is standing up for Ohio’s public colleges while Ramaswamy wants to close them.
“Vivek Ramaswamy has spent his campaign calling Ohioans lazy and backing tax scams that benefit billionaires while raising our costs and bankrupting our schools; no wonder his billionaire friends are coming to his aid. This is just another desperate attempt to salvage his struggling campaign. Ohioans know the truth- Vivek Ramaswamy is only out for himself,” said Acton campaign manager Philip Stein.
