The hits just keep on coming don’t they? Nothing feels worse than paying too much. Except for the vintage that you didn’t buy. All to say, if you have had the discipline to make it to the most recent round of Tibi markdowns, I salute your restraint. Your patience has officially been rewarded in the form of some Very Good Deals on really beautiful pieces.

That said, we have arrived at the most dangerous moment on the Tibi calendar: peak sale combined with dreamy fall arrivals that are demanding our attention. To that end, I am sharing three sale pieces I think are absolute steals and the top three full price on my wish list.

A little note for paid subscribers...

At the end of today’s post, I’ve included a video try on of my latest Tibi sale order which includes three skirts (!!) and two tops.

Part of my rationale for the paywall is practical in that I want paid subscribers to get something extra. The other part is privacy. I don't mind sharing more of myself with this (lovely! supportive!) community, but I don't feel the need for the entire internet to have access to everything I post.

If you’re a paid subscriber, thank you. Your support gives me the confidence to experiment with new kinds of content and the freedom to spend more time creating it. I hope this feels like a fun little behind the scenes addition. I’ve got some other things planned for you, including merch! While we are at it, thank you to everyone here and everyone who comments and reaches out. It’s the best feeling ever!

Pinched Pleat Dress for $263

I mean, come on. Why is this dress still available? I’ve tried it on and it’s incredible!!! At $875 full price, it was something I couldn’t even think about, but now? Well. Maybe. One of my tragic flaws is a closet full of pieces to wear in Paris and a life that is mostly spent talking to high school students all day in the suburbs. When I tried the pinched pleat on, it seemed to be in the Paris category, and yet. Could I throw on a pair of Beryens and roll out to the farmer’s market wearing this? Amy would say YES. Seriously, I do have a wedding in Florida in two weeks. Everyone else will be wearing Ring Four, so this could be perfect…..

Cozy Rudolph Flat for $149

These started at $495 and I think are worth the full price. I’ve heard rumblings that Fall is about the square toe and I hear you loud and clear, but if you don’t have a Rudolph flat, you are kind of missing an essential part of the Tibi starter pack. I purchased these two sale rounds ago (sigh) in the color pictured and am delighted with them, in spite of the fact that my size (38.5) is still available. The leather is so soft, the color is divine, and the point of view is on point. See what I did there?

Ribbed Sweater Crewneck Pullover for $128

I bought a less expensive alt for this sweater and regret it. I am not allowing myself to purchase the real one because I bought the alt, but if you are more disciplined than I am, you deserve this gorgeous piece. Would I want to spend $425 on it? Nope, but I would buy it at $128 all day long.

Light Weight Sweatshirting Winslow Pant

I have some holes in my Tibi collection, and that includes several key items in the Fundamentals category. You all have spoken, and this will be the year that I welcome a Winslow Pant into my life. Is it me, or are Tibi’s inky blue shades for fall extra good? Love that these come in a shorter length and I’m pretty sure I can get away with wearing them to work. Whether they are worth $245 full price remains to be seen.

Slip Dress

While not as exciting as the new arrivals and coming soon pieces, the humble slip dress is a fundamental piece I am missing. I keep thinking I’ll find it on resale or grab it on sale and the black and navy colors with the neckline I prefer (above) have eluded me. Is it time to take the full price plunge on this one? P.S. Love the styling above.

Active Knit Zipper Detailed Track Jacket in Brown

The details, the color (love with the red!), and the perfect example of creative pragmatism. That said, I’m not sold that I can pull off a track jacket. I don’t have a sporty style, even at the gym. Thank god I don’t work out very much. This is likely why I’ve skipped out on the Winslows so far. That said, I am often looking for another layer that is not a cardigan (which makes me feel like an old lady) or a Liam (bc you can’t wear a Liam every day. Or maybe you can if you have more than one, but I only have one and it’s become the only jacket/blazer situation I want to wear). Described by Tibi as “a sporty edge that still reads deliberate,” this $625 track jacket (this is how you know you are in a cult) is on my mind.

Behind the paywall is a video try on of the following items: Perfect Baseball Tee, Pink Asymmetrical Balloon Skirt, Luxe Spring Twill Tucked Pleat Skirt, Tech Gingham Slip Skirt, and the Perfect T-Shirt Vintage Sweatshirt
