🏢 Student Assistant in Office Management

• Organisation: ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability

• Location: Berlin, Germany

• Contract: Part-time, temporary (40 hours per month, initially one-year contract)

• 📅 Deadline: 31 July 2026

This role supports the Office Management team at ICLEI's Berlin office, including office organisation, coordination with building management, handling incoming and outgoing mail, procurement, event support, and filing and documentation. Applicants should be able to work independently and accurately, have previous office experience, possess very good German and English skills, and demonstrate an interest in sustainability. Practical organisational skills, a collaborative attitude, and strong communication skills are considered important for the role.

🌿 Landscape Architect

• Organisation: OFFICE

• Location: Australia

• Contract: Part-time (0.8 FTE)

• Preferred start date: 1 November 2026

• 📅 Deadline: 7 August 2026

This role involves delivering community-driven landscape architecture projects, including urban ecological restoration and collaborations with Aboriginal communities across Australia. The successful candidate will work across all project stages, from concept development to documentation and delivery. Applicants should have at least three years of full-time experience as a landscape architect, be confident managing projects throughout the design process, and submit a CV and portfolio to hello@office.org.au

📢 Open Call: Community Placemaking Grants

• Organisation: Project for Public Spaces

• Location: Benton and Washington Counties, Northwest Arkansas, USA

• Funding: USD 100,000 per selected project

• 📅 Deadline: 3 August 2026

This open call supporting projects that transform underused outdoor public spaces into welcoming community gathering places. Eligible nonprofit organisations and local government agencies in Benton and Washington Counties can apply. Selected projects will receive direct funding alongside technical assistance in community engagement, design, planning, and implementation. Selected projects will receive USD 100,000 in funding, technical support, and capacity-building throughout the implementation process.

📢 Open Call: Active Play Challenge

• Organisation: Novo Nordisk, Arup & RMIT University

• Location: Global

• Funding: USD 50,000–100,000 per selected project

• 📅 Deadline: 14 August 2026

This open call invites legally registered organisations worldwide to submit practical initiatives that make active play more accessible, inclusive, and equitable for children and young people aged 0–25. Developed in partnership with Save the Children, Right To Play, and ISCA, the challenge welcomes projects under the categories Play by Design, Play in Action, and Play for Early Years, with youth-led organisations strongly encouraged to apply. Winning projects will receive USD 50,000–100,000 in implementation funding, expert technical guidance, and access to learning opportunities and peer-to-peer exchange.

🏛️ Intermediate Architect / Designer

• Organisation: COOKFOX Architects

• Location: New York, NY, USA

• Contract: Full-time (In-person)

• Salary: USD 85,000–100,000 per year

This role focuses on environmentally responsive architectural projects across all project phases, from concept design to documentation and delivery. The Intermediate Architect / Designer will contribute to a collaborative studio environment and work closely with clients, consultants, and project partners. Candidates should have at least six years of professional experience, a professional degree in Architecture, strong Revit skills, and knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations. Interested candidates should submit a CV and portfolio by email to jobs@cookfox.com, using “Intermediate Architect” as the subject line.

🌍 Experienced Strategic Designer

• Organisation: Felixx Landscape Architects

• Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands

• Contract: Full-time (32–40 hours per week, with the prospect of a permanent position)

• Salary: Competitive (in line with the applicable collective labour agreement)

This role focuses on strategic design projects ranging from research, urban and regional development visions, and strategic masterplans to design guides in the Netherlands and internationally. The Strategic Designer will work within a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with clients and partners, and contribute to projects addressing climate and societal challenges through nature-based solutions. Candidates should have at least three years of professional experience, a background in landscape architecture or a related field, experience working in multidisciplinary teams, and strong English communication skills.
