All Things Urban is coming to Amsterdam!
Over the past year, we’ve been growing the All Things Urban community not only globally, but also locally, through meet-ups, walks, curated dinners, informal gatherings, and conversations that bring urban practitioners together in real life.
We now have 8 local chapters across the world, with more cities in development, and we recently launched the All Things Urban Local Chapters Hub, a new space where you can explore existing local communities, join your local chapter, or express interest in joining, or starting, a new one.
Why does this matter?
Because urban work is deeply connected to place, but the people shaping cities often work across very different sectors, disciplines, and institutions. Planners, designers, mobility experts, climate practitioners, architects, researchers, GIS specialists, policy professionals, and urban tech teams do not always have enough opportunities to meet, exchange, and learn from each other locally.
Our chapters are here to create that space.
And now, we’re excited to take the first step in Amsterdam.
We’re inviting Amsterdam-based urban practitioners and enthusiasts to the first All Things Urban Amsterdam meet-up, hosted by our brilliant community members and urbanists Libby Szuflita, Brianna Mawra, and Judith van Coevord.

Who is it for?
The meetup is designed for people working across urban planning, design, mobility, climate, architecture, GIS and spatial analysis, urban tech, research, policy, consultancy, and related fields. It will be a chance to connect locally, exchange insights, share what you’re working on, and meet peers who are shaping cities from different angles.

You simply cover what you consume at the venue.
