Allison Wells · What Allison Wrote with Allison Wells

This past weekend, my husband, two younger sons, and I went to Virginia to see our oldest son while he’s in army training. We haven’t seen him since Christmas, so this was a much needed visit. He has about 2 months to go before he can come home to take up with our local SC National Guard.

As I’m sure anyone with a military family member will tell you - please be in prayer for the men and women serving our country. In our current situation, tension and worry are quite high. The kids we met this weekend are also on alert and wondering what’s coming next for them.

This week I’m reviewing the audio for Chosen - I can’t believe it launches at the end of the month! If you or someone you love is an audiobook fan, make sure Chosen is on their list!

This is the Kindle link - but starting March 24, you should be able to toggle to the audible option from here.

Order Chosen

When I wrote Chosen, I didn’t think it was a book about bravery - but that’s exactly what it is. It’s a story of two women who don’t have a lot of choices. But they both find their voice and stand up for themselves and for others.

One did not consider the repercussions and paid a hefty price. The other knew she could die and made the choice regardless. Her gamble paid off.

When have you chosen bravery? When have you opted to speak up or step in? I want to celebrate your bravery with you!

I have to say that Under the Magnolias by T.I. Lowe was by far my favorite for February. I have loved every book of hers I’ve read (Indigo Isle is the best!). The Lost Bookshop was this months’ Book Club pick.

As always, you can check out my recommended books here:

Have a beautiful start to March!
