Notes: I am mostly vegetarian, my partner gets the rotisserie chicken to top whatever veggie dish I make, but usually my veggie dishes have at least one protein. I top everything with pepitas :D
Forever ingredients:
Pantry: Olive oil, canned tomatoes, coconut milk, rigatoni, spaghetti, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, pepitas, rice, honey, maple syrup, flour, almonds, walnuts, bread
Proteins: beans (black, white, pinto beans), chickpeas, brown lentils, red lentils, rotisserie chicken from supermarket, canned tuna, eggs, oat milk, tofu
Produce: broccoli, tomato, cucumbers, lettuce, chopped bagged kale, parsley, frozen peas, lemons, yellow onions, garlic, celery, carrots, cabbage
