Alimo Studio Notes #64 | 4th of July festivities, NYC fun, bizz-ness

Hey friends!

Had a nice NYC week! Not to talk about the weather, but it was beautiful here once that heat wave cracked. We hosted a 4th of July party at my pad and watched so many cool fireworks go off. In my neighborhood, people go mental all week blasting off fireworks, but only a few days ago, it stopped. Poor dogs. We also got the group together and chalked up all the walls on the rooftop before the rain took it all away.

I also spent time at the beach resetting. It ruled. There were no waves, but there were sharks! haha no joke. There was a helicopter over the jetty for a few hours while the lifeguards were holding people off in sections to not go in the water. Outside of that, lots of folks enjoying the sun…and swimming again.

This week is gonna be a short note as little painting got done :) This week has been heavy on the admin side, meetings, and some future pitches. I also got in a few samples for some potential new garments on t-shirts. Looking forward to seeing how those come out. Hoping to bake this back into our program.
