Your reach collapsed overnight?
Your content feels invisible?
You wonder what it is that you’re doing wrong?
Why are random people going viral for posting absolute waffles?
And whether it is all still worth it?
Same. Same. I hear you, I feel you, I suffer with you.
So I did what any emotionally stable ex-LinkedIn employee would do:
I locked myself in a meeting room at 7pm and spent 2+ hours explaining what the hell is ACTUALLY happening on LinkedIn in 2026.
And today is your lucky day, because I'm giving you FREE ACCESS to the full 2h replay of this gem of a LinkedIn Masterclass.
If you are a founder, a coach, a freelancer, a consultant who is trying to get inbound leads without cold emailing strangers…

I am handing over 2+ hours of my LinkedIn knowledge, algorithm obsession, and questionable levels of oversharing… FOR FREE!!
Worst-case scenario? You close your laptop halfway through and think: “Wow. That woman desperately needs fresh air.”
Best-case scenario? You finally understand what LinkedIn is REALLY rewarding in 2026 and supercharge your business.
So honestly… For the price of absolutely nothing, I’d say those are pretty solid odds.
1. The algorithm shift nobody explained properly
LinkedIn changed how your content gets distributed.
The old version was: post, get likes, reach people.
The new version is more like a “For You Page”: it looks at who you are, what you post about, and what you engage with, then groups you into a “persona bubble” and shows your content to people in that bubble.
Sounds fine, right?
Meh…
Imagine you’re a software engineer building an HR tool. That means you’re in the Tech-bubble, based on your skills, your company, etc.
But your ideal customers are HR directors. And they are sitting in the HR-bubble.
Therefore, your content might not be reaching them anymore, even if you spent years building a network full of them. We dig into exactly why this happens and what to do about it.
2. Your profile might be sabotaging you
Your LinkedIn profile is a ranking signal. The algorithm factors in your professional identity (your experience, your skills, your keywords) to decide who sees your posts.
In this Masterclass, I walk you through every section of your profile that actually matters (and yes, there’s a short list of things that simply do not).
3. A content strategy you’ll actually stick to
Three pillars, each with equal weight. No, you can’t just post thought leadership forever and expect people to TRUST you. And no, you can’t just post personal stuff and expect people to BUY from you.
We go through what the balance looks like, what makes a post actually good, and what the algorithm is actively penalising right now.
Also covered: the clickbait comment-bait pods problem, why “Comment LEADMAGNET” is on LinkedIn’s hit list, and what genuinely good engagement actually looks like.
4. The questions you’ve been too afraid to ask
I did a live Q&A throughout. Here are some of the questions that got asked:
“Should I use Open to Work?”
“Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for small creators?”
“What about hashtags?”
“What do I do when I want to repost someone else’s content?”
Well… I used to work at LinkedIn as a Global Client Executive. That’s a solid starting point, I’d guess. I understand LinkedIn’s overarching business strategy that shapes the algorithm.
But besides knowing the theory on how to win the algorithm, I also grew my own LinkedIn following to 10,000 in just 90 days.
And within those 3 months of consistent posting, I yielded such insane momentum that encouraged me to hand in my notice at LinkedIn and launch my own business helping founders like you scale their businesses via LinkedIn.
And ever since I started posting on LinkedIn the right way, I also:
Spoke on international stages
Had guest appearances on top podcasts
Held workshops at Google, FedEx, and Samsung
Landed $10k+ brand partnership deals
Retired my boyfriend. He now “works” for me (but actually spends more time at the pool. The man is thriving)
But that’s enough about me. Let’s focus back on you.
Get a coffee and a notebook. It’s gonna be intense!
Once you've watched the whole thing, drop a comment and let me know your biggest takeaway, or any questions that came up.
Btw, I’m toying with the idea of running monthly Masterclasses & Live Q&A’s here on Substack. I’m curious to hear what topics you want to learn about and whether you’d find those sessions valuable.
Until then… Have a wonderful week, my Substack friends! ☀
