Despite the enormous stress weighing down on her, Melissa was just about the happiest she had ever been in her life. It was precisely the sort of life affirming joy that, had she seen it effervescing from anyone else, would have been actively infuriating.
In her defence, she had every reason to be happy. In just a week’s time she was going to marry Will, the undisputed love of her life. And she’d be marrying him in an extravagant ceremony that had taken over a year’s planning and was costing them significantly more than the deposit of a new house. The latter fact of which Will was only allowed to reminder her once more before the big day.
It was worth it. She’d always dreamed of a big wedding. A gown of such exquisite detail she’d tear up just thinking about it. Her friends and family gathered all in celebration. Her hated enemies also invited so they’d have to sit and seethe seeing how gorgeous she looked and what a magnificent day the event had been. Beautiful flowers, stunning surroundings, a live orchestra. She had it all planned in her minds eye, with the same unwavering vision since childhood.
Will had known it was coming so he wasn’t allowed to complain. As soon as things started getting serious between them she’d warned him, telling him in painstaking detail precisely what the dream wedding would entail and that, if dared interfere, he’d risk losing a very important part of his anatomy that she was looking forward to spending the rest of her life enjoying.
But Will had agreed. Not just agreed, he’d told her she could have everything she wanted and more.
She’d been wise to have the discussion whilst riding him like a bucking bronco. He’d never been able to say no to anything whilst literally inside her. She’d also deployed the most subtle yet powerful tool in her arsenal; words Will had always found utterly irritable.
‘You can cum anywhere.’
And he had. Three times in total, by the time they’d finally called it a night and she’d fallen asleep in his arms. It wasn’t the first enormous load she’d had shot directly up her arse, but she told certainly him it was.
Which itself was probably the cause of the third round, and the fact she fell asleep with a not insignificant volume of cum on her face.
The complicated series of sexual manoeuvrers she’d had to deploy in order to persuade Will to actually propose were many and numerous, and a secret she fully intended to take with her to the grave. She was sworn to silence no matter how insistent her friend Annie may be to deploy them herself to secure her own reluctant partner. Maybe in time, perhaps in the throes of post nuptial bliss, she’d throw out a couple of subtle hints for those in need. Though she did fear it was exactly the sort of anecdote Will might whip out for a cheap laugh during his speech. Or, worse, that he might have already drunkenly told his best man Tom who’d deploy it to devastating effect in his own speech for maximum embarrassment for all involved.
Melissa made a mental note to ensure she had opportunity to read and approve both speeches before the big day. The prospect of her parents, mid mouthful of cake suddenly being confronted with the image on Melissa on her knees and her tongue buried in Tom’s arsehole while she tugged on his cock like a trusty trombone didn’t exactly scream ‘Happiest day of her life’.
In order to help facilitate a big day of such ambitious magnitude, Malissa had employed the services of a Wedding Planner. Initially she’d intended to run and manage everything herself, until Vanessa had arrived into her life like a veritable Mary Poppins, and made her swiftly realise that such efforts were tantamount to madness. Vanessa existed save the marriage before Melissa ruined it through stress before they’d even made it down the aisle.
Vanessa was seemingly both a miracle worker and a mind reader. As hyper organised and fixated as Melissa believed herself to be, Vanessa always managed to be one step ahead, offering advice and guidance in a calming tone that seemed to melt the stress away.
If she wasn’t careful, Melissa feared she’d ditch Will and offer to wife-up Vanessa instead. She even had the gall to be gorgeous too with her long luscious ringlet dark hair, porcelain skin and hauntingly beautiful pale blue eyes.
Though she’d never admit it to anyone but Annie, she’d made a point of ensuring Will never had reason meet Vanessa alone. Not that she had the slightest concern about him making a move or cheating at all, simply that if they both started having occasional sex-dreams featuring her, they might accidentally let it slip and make everything very awkward indeed.
With just a week to go things should have been manic but, thanks to Vanessa’s genius, everything was already in hand. The pair sat in Melissa’s kitchen, running through final seating arrangement adjustments and deciding on the playlist for guests arriving to the wedding breakfast. They were already several mugs of tea deep into the discussion, and all was proceeding well.
“Okay,” said Vanessa, “We can’t put it off any longer. I’m going to have to ask some slightly awkward questions, are you okay with that?”
Of course Melissa was okay with it. Vanessa’s voice was so calm and soothing she could have told her she’d discovered there was a bomb beneath the table and it wouldn’t have caused so much as a raised eyebrow.
“Ah, I suspected this was coming,” said Melissa, taking a fortifying sip of tea. “Is this the ‘which members of my family do we need to keep apart’ chat? Don’t worry, it won’t be awkward. I’ve already made a list of the shitbags and bastards…”
Melissa dived into one of her many colour-coded folders to find the relevant document when Vanessa stopped her with a gentle touch on the back of her hand.
“Don’t worry, that’s all in hand. I’ve been scouring social media and have already identified and hopefully neutralised all the potential issues.”
With slightly more flair than was needed she flicked the page of her binder to reveal a new seating plan, all problem guests scattered across the floorplan for minimum disruption. Plus, satisfyingly, all the irritating bastards sat nearest the kids table for maximum annoyance.
“I should be marrying you!” said Melissa, beaming.
“I get that a lot.” replied Vanessa, without a hint of modesty.
Suddenly Melissa was blushing and she had no idea why. She took another sip of tea to disguise it.
“Do you think the Best Man has ever fantasised about you?”
Melissa almost spat out the mouthful of tea. What the everliving fuck?
With enormous willpower - roughly the same as she had to deploy the first time she ever attempted to swallow cum in her younger years before she’d developed a taste for it - she just about managed to swallowed the tea and not eject it across the table into Vanessa’s pretty face.
“I’m sorry, I think I must’ve misheard you there. What did you say?”
Vanessa looked her square in the eye. Not a trace of humour or teasing levity to the question.
“Do you think the Best Man, Tom, has ever had a sexual fantasy about you or involving you?”
Melissa was speechless. For several long moments she was stuck entirely mute.
Then, to nobody’s surprise, she found she actually had plenty to say.
“What the fuck kind of question is that? Have you had a fucking stroke?! Vanessa, can you smell toast?”
“Mel,” said Vanessa, calmly. As if her voice had any other setting. “You’re going to be stood in front of hundreds of people, looking more beautiful and radiant than you’ve ever looked before. Weddings are sexually charged times, we all know this. Every impure thought a man has ever had about you is inevitably going to come bubbling up to the surface seeing you walk down that aisle and, in some cases, it might provoke a very physical reaction.”
Melissa’s jaw had fallen open. But she knew better than to interrupt Vanessa in full flow.
“For most of the guests this doesn’t matter, you can simply be flattered. But the Best Man? He’ll be stood up there at the front. Everyone, including Will, will be able to see him. If his cock gets hard, it’s going to real spoil the moment and potentially catastrophically ruin a friendship.”
She paused, letting the thought hang in the air like a bad smell.
“Plus he’ll need to be cropped out of the pictures.” she finished, her eyebrows furrowing as though this was the most significant detail of all.
This was insanity, Melissa knew that. Absolutely insanity. The ramblings of a madwoman.
But, god damnit, Vanessa might be mad, but she also had a point.
“So this is why it’s important we know ahead of time. Because if you’re just a beautiful woman looking phenomenally hot, he’ll be able to keep it under control in the circumstances. Unsubtle creatures as men are, they won’t get an instant erection just because they pass an attractive woman on the street.”
Melissa had seen a Tik-Tok video recently that suggested this might not always be the case, but felt this wasn’t the time to pull out her phone and bemoan the current state of society.
“But,” Vanessa continued. “If he’s spent many a night ferociously whacking it, wishing he were in Will’s place, picturing the many and varied ways he’s fondly imagined fucking your brains out on your wedding night, then we might have a real problem.”
Melissa subconsciously nodded along.
“So. Have a think, because it’s important. Really take some time to consider. Is it likely Tom has ever had a sexual fantasy about you?”
“Yes.” Said Melissa, without hesitation. Her answer shooting out of her mouth so quickly if even took her unawares.
“Are you sure?”
“Unless you can think of another reason why a guy might accidentally hit ‘like’ on an Instagram bikini picture from four years ago.”
“Ah,” said Vanessa, as she grabbed her phone and started scrolling through the app.
“Or his birthday dinner last year where he spent the entire night sat opposite me staring at my cleavage.”
“That’s less definitive.” said Vanessa, matter of factly. “I’ve spent many of our meetings doing the same thing. You’ve got a wonderful cleavage. It’d be a crime not to look.”
Melissa blushed again.
“This, however, is quite damning.” said Vanessa, turning her phone over for Melissa to see. She was scrolling through her Instagram feed. “He had to scroll through several dozen other bikini pictures in order to get to the one he accidentally liked,” she said, sliding her finger across the screen, somehow always managing to place it precisely on Melissa’s cleavage with each stroke. “Almost as if he…”
“…Had a favourite.” finished Melissa, a chill suddenly running along her spine.
“He has taste,” said Vanessa, eyeing up the picture of Melissa standing shin deep in a beautiful lagoon, droplets of water scattered picturesquely across her tanned body. “I’m sure this features in many a friend and colleague’s spank-bank. ”
“Fuck.” said Melissa, a crack of genuine panic breaking through her voice. “FUCKING FUCKITY FUCK! What the fuck are we going to do?!”
Vanessa put down her phone and took a hold of Melissa’s hand. She was a picture of calmness and serenity, entirely unphased by the development.
“Don’t worry,” she said, her smile so effortlessly reassuring Melissa knew at once everything was in hand and that everything would be okay after all. Vanessa could fix this. She’d snap her fingers and make everything better. “This happens a lot. It’s precisely why I always ask. You don’t help plan as many weddings as I do and not know how to deal with the horny men inevitably lusting after the bride!”
Despite her fears, Melissa was smiling again. Almost relaxed.
“So don’t you worry,” said Vanessa, “there’s an incredibly easy fix that can be immediately deployed and will make everything go without a single hitch.”
“What is it?” asked Melissa, sitting back ready once again to be stunned by Vanessa’s brilliance.
“Simple. You’re going to fuck the Best Man.”
