The Second-Hand Edit: Edition 002

So, full disclosure, I’ve gone a little Depop mad this week. Sorry to Vinted et al, I’ll try to show you all a little more love next time. In my defence, the FYP was really popping off. I’m very happy with this week’s edit, and hope you are too. I think it really represents my core style - I’d happily have any and all of these pieces hanging in my wardrobe.

The weather this summer has been pretty underwhelming, but we might squeeze out one final heatwave worthy of these linens. Really like the pocket and tie detail on these.

Arket ballet flats (Depop) | size 4 | £80

The girlies really can’t get enough of the ballet shoes trend, so I had to give you something. This pair are a little more timeless and would go beyond the fad.

St Michael coat (Depop) | size M | £65 (seller offered me £60)

Get ahead of the game this autumn and invest in a classic Mac-style coat. I love the sleek, no-fussness of this vintage find.

Ganni faux leather jacket (Depop) | size 8 | £250

I’m certain Charli XCX would approve of this jacket, and that’s good enough for me. It’s effortlessly cool, and the contrasting white stitching keeps the piece feeling fresh.

Hush linen shirt (Depop) | size M | £38 (seller offered me £32)

A find for fans of the Deiji Studios set but don’t want to break the bank - this second-hand dupe from Hush is both more affordable and more sustainable.

Nab this cute little piece for half price off RRP and brand new with tags. You couldn’t ask for more.

Vintage blazer (Depop) | size M | £55

My advice when buying second-hand blazers or coats? Shop ones like this from the men’s section. It will always give you the oversized fit you’re looking for.

Ninety Percent dress (Depop) | size XL | £60

Sadly (higher-end) second-hand shopping isn’t the most size-inclusive environment. Whenever I spy a premium brand piece like this listed in a bigger size I always want to shout about it.

Toteme pearl sandals (Depop) | size 3 | £150

Fallen in love with everything about these sandals. I feel they would go with all outfits, on all occasions. A worthy footwear investment for sure.

Loewe elephant bag (Cocoon Club) | to rent from £64 a week

Ok, so this one’s a little different. It’s not second-hand, but available to rent - which is still circular and sustainable, so yay. It’s also very cutesy, which isn’t typically me, but, I mean - look at it.

Bag rental is a great shout if you love a designer moment for events or occasions (this would be coming on a beachy hols with me), but don’t want to, or can’t, foot the bill for the full purchase.
