Yes, you’ll get them better results. But that doesn’t mean you are better.
It just means you are selecting better and easier clients.
It's like the college football gym coach that could prescribe any exercise and yet magically most on the team would still be squatting 500 pounds.
Cause they are all genetic freaks. They have passed the filtering process.
So it’s a display of freak genetics, not a display of great strength training.
