Why agencies are timeless. Agencies focus on solving a problem, which can be timeless. The market changes all the time but you change with it. For example, I’ve changed so many tools over the past 2 years. A product focuses on providing a specific solution to a problem. This is harder to maintain and can become outdated very quickly.
