Update Dangote IPO: Expansion Strategy Still Unclear

We have to admit that we do not fully understand the strategy of Dangote Petroleum Refinery & Petrochemicals FZE. But we are in good company in this regard. For it is not clear what exactly Dangote is planning in East Africa. Only this much is certain: Aliko Dangote has traveled to Tanzania and Kenya in recent days to build another refinery there.
