The current additive manufacturing simulation landscape is dangerously fragmented. Relying on isolated tools for melt pool dynamics, grain evolution, and stress analysis is more than just inefficient—it’s fundamentally flawed. Without a unified, multiscale workflow that seamlessly transfers results across levels, the simulations fail to capture the complex physics required for reliable part qualification.

With AM PravaH, our goal is to provide a single simulation platform that not only does simulations at all levels (scales), be it supersonic powder atomization modeling, particle bed preparation, melt pool dynamics, grain evolution, and finally the partscale thermo-mechanical modeling.
