June 10, 2025 is International Garden Gnome Day! Did you know?
I live on the east coast of the US. In 2018, I went to Australia to visit family, first on the east coast then on the west coast. You never think about how big Australia is until you fly halfway around the world, then have to fly over another whole continent.
While on the west coast, my awesome and intrepid aunt Adrianne took my mother and I to see a really interesting roundabout, called Gnomesville.
I think it’s a great and silly thing to celebrate life with gnomes like this. Why not?
