A heavenly three days in the city of love, well I mean technically that’s Paris but hard not to feel maximum happy energy when the suns out, the sea’s a cycle away and there are beautiful sunsets every night. Oh, and lots of wine and spritzes and good food. The big guide is here for Marseille - the perfect place for a weekend trip away. Let’s eat!

PAIN PAN!
The name is all in caps, but also yes, I am that excited about this bakery. All the actual bread bread looks delicious (cheese loaf, olive loaf etc) but the pastries is what I always come for. The croissant and PAC are my orders, naturally. But if you’re a sweet tooth go for their white choc PAC - it’s super caramelised with a hunk of white choccy inside. A great treat with a coffee.

And on the topic of coffee, Razzia is cute because they have sandwiches and it’s tucked away in on a street. If you want proper al fresco in the centre of town, then Petrin Couchette is another I love: the team are super friendly, the coffees great and they have a selection of a few snacks and cookies that looked delicious.
Boujou coffee is cute if you want to get out the city centre and walk down the coastline.
