Caring is a big deal. I write this newsletter because I truly care about your life. This one is for you if you know that you could care more: about your own life and about inspiring others.
How much do you truly care about making an impact that lifts others up?
You have to find what sparks a light in you so that you in your own way can illuminate the world. ~ Oprah Winfrey
How much do you truly care about bringing forth your special genius?
Always remember you matter, you’re important and you are loved, and you bring to this world things no one else can. ~ Charlie Mackesy
Do you truly care about making a difference in the lives of others in the way that only you can? Your special brilliance is rare. Yet it can only be enjoyed by others to the extent that you really give a damn about their well-being.
I know that bringing forth what is singularly unique can be scary because no one else sees the world like you do. Standing out in a sea of conformity can feel mighty lonely because it bucks the conventional wisdom of the prevailing collective consciousness.
We must overcome the notion that we must be regular... it robs you of the chance to be extraordinary and leads you to the mediocre. ~ Uta Hagen
Most look to the world to determine what’s right but you won’t find your destiny out in the world. It can only be found within.
Do you know why? It’s because within is where you can tap into the more powerful flow that of the collective unconscious. Yes, until we’re willing to go within we can’t feel our caring connection to one another. True caring can’t happen unless we feel it in our hearts.
The world promises you comfort, but you were not made for comfort. You were made for greatness. ~ Pope Benedict XVI
What if the only way to demonstrate that you truly care about others is to first show compassion and empathy for yourself?
When searching for guidance I’ve found this question to be the most effective because it taps into our souls and our souls cannot lie to us.
What would someone who truly loves themselves do now?
Do that fearlessly. Your heart knows that clarity is most often found by feeling and expressing true love and self-understanding.
