Water Element – South – Emotional Self

7 days working with Water element. Days 8-14

This week is dedicated to clearing the Emotional Self. The emotional aspects of self concerns intuition, trust, feelings, childhood emotions, innocence, nurturing, love, and water traditionally represents emotions as well as purification and cleansing. Don’t be concerned if emotional issues occur in your life during this week. All is not always as it seems. The issues that occur during this week can spur an awaking of deeper inner issues. This is part of the healing process.

Throughout this seven days, when you first awake in the morning spend 24 minutes focusing on the water around you and within you. They say that the human body is made up of 75% water, in addition to this, there is always water in the atmosphere around you especially when we live so close to the ocean. When you take a bath or shower, be aware of the cleansing and purifying aspects of the water. Focus your awareness and attention on the Spirit of Water and continue to do this periodically throughout each day of this week. By doing this you are activating the Spirit of Water that dwells in you and around you to come alive.

During the Water Week:

· Meditate for 24 minutes a day on the water within you and around you.

· Completely clean your house

· Clean your car

· Spend time evaluating your relationships

· If you have been wanting to say something to someone, now is the time to say it

· Explore your dreams

· Follow your intuition
