A Practice in Sensual Reclamation (No Sexual Disclosure Required)

Here’s a simple, sacred practice to help reintroduce yourself to your own body:

1. Place your hands on your heart, your belly, or your hips. Anywhere that feels like home.

2. Breathe deeply into that space. Slow. Gentle. Present.

3. Whisper: “I am allowed to feel. I am safe here.”

4. Ask your body:

  • What sensation am I noticing?

  • What does my body want in this moment — warmth, softness, stillness, movement?

  • What feels nourishing right now?

This is not about sexual activity.

This is about reclaiming connection.

Reclaiming presence.

Reclaiming you.

The erotic — the true erotic — is simply the spark of aliveness returning.

Your Desire Is Not Dangerous. Your Disconnection Is.

The danger never came from desire.

The danger came from being taught to ignore yourself.

A woman who is disconnected from her own body is easier to manipulate.

Easier to shame.

Easier to control.

Easier to silence.

A woman who is connected to her body?

She becomes:

discerning

intuitive

empowered

embodied

whole

Sexual liberation is not the point.

Self-returning is.

Because once you come home to yourself,

you stop asking for permission to be alive.

A Final Reflection for the Woman in the Middle of Her Awakening

If you feel yourself waking up —

to sensation,

to longing,

to curiosity,

to embodiment,

to your own sacred aliveness —

you are not “going bad.”

You are going home.

You are returning to the body God handcrafted for you.

You are learning a spiritual language the church never taught.

You are reclaiming what was always yours:

the right to know yourself fully.

This is what freedom feels like.

This is what womanhood feels like.

This is what coming alive feels like.

And you don’t owe anyone the details.

Just the truth that you are no longer living in pieces.

Religion tells you that you are broken. God reminds you that you were made whole.
