1. Saying thank you………“Curtesy costs you nothing”

2. Apologising when you are wrong……… “No one can be right all the time”

3. Showing up on time… “I always start out early incase of holdups”

4. Being nice to strangers… “Treat others as you want them to treat you”

5. Listening without interrupting………. “Who knows, you might learn a thing or two?”

6. Admitting you were wrong……… “Always be truthful to yourself”

7. Following your dreams………. “Who else can follow them, they are YOUR dreams”

8. Being a mentor……… “Always try and guide others the way you guide yourself”

9. Learning and using people’s Names……….“It makes them feel IMPORTANT”

10. Holding doors open for others……“A Courtesy, collective effort that shows respect”

11. Never looking over the shoulder of the person who is talking to you….. “Even if they are BORING you”

12. Don’t give any ATTENTION to intrusive thoughts……….. “This is a MUST that everyone should learn”

13 What you give ATTENTION to, becomes your life………. “Repeat this saying to yourself every 10 minuets so you never forget it”

14 Build barriers around you, and show other people they cannot enter until invited. “It simply create’s CONTROL over others from getting to FAMILIAR with you”

15 Don’t suffer fools gladly, avoid them, don’t make eye contact. “Making eye contact only creates a bond that you REALLY don’t want!”

16 Don’t start anything you don’t want to carry on with……. “Think every detail through before you AGREE to anything”

17 Alway’s nip-it-in-the-bud; don’t let it grow wild. “By nipping-it-in-the-bud it won’t grow into a FOREST that you become lost in”

18 Always be vigilant of people who betrayed you… it can happen again…… “Always learn by past mistakes”

19 Never trust liars; once a liar, always a liar……….. “And the BIGGEST LIARS are your thoughts”

20 Never beat yourself up over anything……”Others will do that for you”

21 Never be unfaithful to the one you love MOST…… “Being unfaithful only leads you to the same OLD RUT and CRAP! You are already in NOW”

22 Let charity begin at home……….“And don’t let it cross the threshold, there are too many people in jail that got rich from charity organisations”

23 Help people who are in trouble………. “But don’t make a habit of it, it can become expected of you”

24 Don’t let people take you for granted just because you are kind…… “You can become a DOORMAT if you act like one”

25 Always be yourself, don’t try and be someone you are not…….. “Its hard enough just being YOU”

26 Always be grateful of what you have got……… “Because when its gone, it is too late”

27 Don’t be envious of others for what they have got…….. “Let them be envious of you, who is CONTENT with what you’ve already got”

28 Don’t let people walk all over you just because you act like a doormat. “Curl one of your corners up-now-and-then and trip the BASTARDS up”

29 If you are going through HELL, keep going……”You have to go through HELL to find HEAVEN”
