Thanksgiving gets a little too much credit for pies, and I’m here to put a stop to all that nonsense. I love ice cream and popsicles and all the cold things, but in my opinion, every summer should be packed with pie.

These summer pie recipes range from the classics to the unique. Where you can eat them with your hands or, I guess, if you’re feeling fancy, with a fork.
However you devour, these recipes are sure to be on rotation all season long (and for many to come).
This lemon poppy seed blueberry pie is one of my favorite new pie recipes. The Club cracker crust gives a buttery saltiness that balances so so DELICIOUSLY with the blueberry filling and lemon poppy seed mousse.
It’s cold and creamy, tart and sweet, perfect for cutting through this heat wave.
From the crunchy pretzel crust, which adds a delightful textural contrast, to the smooth peanut butter mousse and silky Swiss meringue topping, this fluffernutter pie is a fun twist on those beloved flavors.
For my small kitchen baddies or those times when you want a sweet treat just for yourself, this mini blueberry galette will forever hit the spot. Make your own filling from fresh seasonal produce or make it even easier by grabbing your favorite jam from the store!
Simple but chic is how I would describe myself. Just kidding, but it is how I will forever describe this strawberries and cream pie.
An all-butter tart crust, extra creamy whipped filling, and loads of fresh strawberries.
If you’ve never had a hand pie, this is your summer to shine. These blackberry passionfruit hand pies are perfectly flaky and packed with flavor.
No worries if you can’t find passionfruit (or don’t want to) - just swap for more berries!
One of my all-time favorite recipes: this no-bake peanut butter pie with chocolate chip cookies. Thin cookies soften between layers of peanut butter mousse, set inside a simple Oreo crust, and topped with a pile of whipped cream.
I don’t know what they’re putting in cereal, but it uniquely flavors the milk it sits in for the perfect pie custard filling. I’ve made a few cereal milk pie varieties now for fans of a graham cracker vibe, those who prefer chocolate milk, the cinnamon lovers, or the original nostalgic throwback (click the button👇).
Cheeriest of cheers to summer pie season! If you want even more summer pies, check out my full list of warm-weather pie recipes here (classics, creamy, chocolatey, single-serve, unique, oh my!).
