Hello my fellow garden lovers, how are you? In my little part of the uk I’m enjoying cooler weather after weeks of endless heat. The only thing to of really survived is the cosmos and prairie planting. Anyway, I just wanted to give you a quick update on workshops going forward. Over the coming weeks I’ll be introducing some informal workshops (if I can call them that) over on my website.
You see, after the past weeks and unpredictability of our seasons, I’ve decided to loosen the reins on workshops so to speak, and have decided to open up something a little more informal but also more personal. These dates will be for garden and photo days- a morning or early evening where you can join me in my garden for tea and cake, a wander around the garden where we can chat about all things plants, gardens, creativity. There will be a chance to look inside my garden studio and ask anything you’ve been wanting to know. And we’ll spend time with our cameras/phones learning to take garden photos, I’ll also give you some tips on how to edit your images if you should so wish, plus you get to pick some blooms from the garden to take home with you.
I’ll be releasing dates this coming week on my website and I will let you know as soon as they go live. They come from a desire to connect with fellow garden/photography enthusiasts and pass on my love of rustic gardens and living beautifully through the seasons. I wanted something that breaks away from convention, less of a painting by numbers course and more of an intuitive seasonal approach to enjoying the garden and creativity. I hope you’ll find time to join me.
And if you’re not local, hopefully you can join me online in my new community starting next month- A Year Of Noticing.
Write soon,
Emma.
Don’t forget you can keep up with my instagram stories here.
