10-day philosophy megathread.

I’m going to be presenting steelmanned versions of what I consider to be the 10 best arguments for God - not to convert, but to discuss. I’m going to be challenging every comment and reply I get, with the purpose of making every participant a *little smarter than they were before.

Some of the arguments include:

• The Nomological Argument (created in 2021!)

• Plantinga’s Evolutionary Argument Against Naturalism

• Paley’s Teleological Argument

• C.S. Lewis’ Moral Argument

As well as a multitude of others.

If you’re at all interested in discussing theology and philosophy (there’s a first time for everything), you can engage tomorrow on notes.

I don’t expect much engagement, so I’m spending a lot of time in each discussion with you guys :)

As for the regularly scheduled content, I’ll likely turn some key points of interest from the thread into long-form essays and debunks afterwards.
