it’s 05:58am.
50 mg of nicotine burning in my gums. a coffee beside me.
i’ve been losing myself lately. i’ve been falling into old patterns.
but it’s just a matter of getting out.
but nevertheless let’s talk about how to heal from subconscious trauma.
to be honest, it’s currently the best time to talk about subconscious trauma.
i’ve been going through the same shit.
you see… i’ve been falling back into the patterns of fear.
the fear of not making it.
i’m falling into the same fear i had a few years ago.
we've all experienced fears as human beings, and it's safe to say that the collective consciousness is ruled by fear.
and unfortunately, you won't have the capability of creating your desired reality if you don't have the ability to overcome and transcend fear.
this post won’t only be a lesson for you but it will also be a lesson for me.
i’m just a human like you are.
so let’s get into it…
a life that is ruled by fear is a life that continuously materialises the worst things.
problems arise in this third dimensional realm.
things happen. things go wrong.
and it's about your ability to manage your fear and overcome it, which will stop the inevitability of more bad things unfolding.
you see… fear and faith are the same frequency.
fear is just faith pointed at what you don't want, and it's dangerous because intense emotion (fear included) imprints the subconscious, which then shapes what you experience.
fear = faith in evil/adversity.
same mechanism as faith, just aimed at what you don’t want.
fear is maximally emotionally intense → so it’s uniquely good at manifesting the exact thing you’re afraid of.
your amygdala evolved to exaggerate minor threats into major ones. (useful for survival)
the problem about fear?
it does the same thing to modern non-physical “threats” (money, relationships, career)
eventually what fear does is it turns small problems into perceived catastrophes.
and once your mind accepts a problem as “major”, the subconscious accepts it too, so it manifests as actually major.
fear also distorts time perception… it makes temporary problems feel permanent and bad outcomes feel inevitable.
i think it's time that we put your fear to rest, quite literally, because even your old frequency thrives off fear.
so, if your old frequency thrives off fear, the more fear that you feel, the stronger your old frequency will be.
and the stronger your old frequency is, the quicker your life will begin to deteriorate.
the quicker your life will begin to naturally decay, dissolve, and self sabotage into the disorder…
back into the paradigm of what it is that you hate the most, which is your current or old reality.
fear strengthens the very thing that you're afraid of.
and if fear strengthens the thing that you're afraid of, if you're strengthening the thing that you're afraid of, then you're beneath it.
and if you're beneath it, then unfortunately, in this third-dimensional realm, you'll be confined to a mirror house of the very things that you fear.
fear is so powerful because fear is the truest form of manifestation because fear is emotionally intense.
fear is emotionally intense. we feel fear in every cell of our body when we feel it.
you're lying in bed at night just thinking about life.
and you start to experience this unexplainable fear of not making it. of being abandoned.
so your body starts to react.
your body starts to release adrenaline. it spikes your cortisol.
you’re just lying there. wondering where life went wrong.
without being able to fall asleep.
simply because your body thinks it’s a survival situation.
you see… our bodies do not know the difference between reality and imagination.
our bodies will simply just follow the script.
leading us to experience threat situations in a completely normal environment.
simply because there was once a situation in your life that you couldn’t escape. which now rules your entire reality.
trauma starts to become who you are.
you don’t just remember the pain.
but you become the victim.
your identity starts to orbit around that wound.
you unconsciously resist the healing process because without that pain...
you start to fear that there’s nothing left of you.
so what do you do about this?
1. Conscious Confrontation
stop escaping.
look directly at the wound with emotional presence. witness the trauma, not the victim fleeing.
2. Recovery of Lost Aspects
trauma doesn’t just hurt you.
it kills parts of you.
your spontaneity, your voice, your trust.
you must excavate these buried fragments and bring them back to life.
3. Symbolic Integration
give the trauma meaning (not justification).
transform it from a destructive event into a portal for growth.
the wound becomes a scar, no longer bleeding but teaching.
that’s how to erase your subconscious trauma
stay schemin.
escape, a85.
and by the way…
you’re probably already a hard-working and ambitious person.
otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this.
but if you feel like your goals don’t materialise as fast into reality as you expect them to.
and you’re looking to gain that edge around everybody.
