A Little Walk

Hello, everyone!

I hope you are doing well.

The World Cup is upon us again. Although I hate the corruption of FIFA and the MAGA aspect of this edition, I am still drawn to it. I am writing this right after I finished watching the game between the Netherlands and Japan. Japan was quite a formidable team despite the physical disadvantage. The Dutch, on the other hand, seemed all too content with their one-goal advantage in the last quarter of the game. I hope Japan and Korea do well in the tournament. They are both solid teams.

It’s ridiculous to expand the World Cup to 48 teams. That’s one out of four countries of all the countries. And yet, India and China, two biggest populations, couldn’t make it. Forty percent of humanity did not make the cut. Think about that. Also I recommend everyone read about how FIFA handed the next world cup to the Saudis. The level of corruption is astounding.

That’s my rant about the world cup. I sent six rolls of film to my Hong Kong lab. Even though I am not a theist, I would pray to all the gods ever imagined up by humanity that the envelop would arrive safe and sound, and soon. Drop a coin into a wishing well for me if you’d like to help.
