I had a super disorienting experience in the Marina Abramović exhibition
And, like anyone who is too online, I was able to put it into words only when trying to compose an instagram story about it the next day:
But luckily i had the foresight to NOT post this, and made a comic about it to pitch to my editor instead. It ended up getting picked and was published on the New Yorker Cartoons instagram today, so here it is, in gallery format.
What an honour to be loudly embarrassed and embarrassing!
Art is hilarious and there is nothing better.
