I love when fresh peaches come into season. The sweet, distinct flavor is delicious on its own, and lends itself to some standout baked treats. Now’s the time to bring out these summer favorites, so which of my 10+ peach recipes will you try first?

  • If you like the classics, you can go for my perfect peach pie or a simple dutch baby adorned with peaches.

  • Looking for something striking but simple? Try my peach melba, which is little more than peaches and ice cream (with croquant!).

  • My peach ice cream is a Philadelphia-style ice cream, which means there are no eggs and it’s a no-cook recipe. Pair it with an optional raspberry coulis!

10+ Peach Recipes

If you’ve recently made one of my recipes, please remember to leave a rating and review, it helps other people find the recipes! And please share photos of the bakes you’ve made, so I can see what you’ve created!

Here are a few recipes from my exclusive Recipe Index for paid subscribers that might fit your menu this time of year.

  • Cocoa Profiteroles with Pistachio Ice Cream: Chocolate cream puffs filled with your favorite ice cream! I went with pistachio as a nod to my go-to gelato order. Speaking of gelato, there are still spots open for my trip to Puglia & Matera!

  • Strawberry Rice Krispies Bars: This recipe includes NINE variations, including a savory one, but these strawberry Rice Krispies treats are inspired by the photo on the box, which always shows a bowl of cereal with strawberries. It’s a great recipe for this time of year because you don’t need to heat up your oven.

  • Peach Upside-Down Cake: Whiskey-Caramel soaked peaches are baked into a browned butter cake batter and then inverted to show off the beauty of the fruit. I left the skins on the peaches, but you can remove them if they are not to your liking.
