If corporate America is still treating Asia and Africa as emerging markets, it is already using an expired map. The real story from 2030 onward is that these regions will be the place where future digital standards are chosen, future developers are trained, and future enterprise loyalties are formed. China understands this. America, in its usual charitable fashion, is still preparing another conference panel.
