Anything You Set Your Mind To

I’m delivering a keynote this week for leadership in a hotel chain here in Indianapolis.

The talk I’m giving covers 3 concepts I believe every person needs in order to have success in life:

• Lower the bar to raise the execution

The theme of this conversation / talk I am giving revolves around the idea of “Figure it out!” The most empowering 3 words anyone can say to themself when life throws adversity and problems!

It’s a radically simple idea… yet HARD.

It requires one to believe they are capable of solving the problems in front of them. It requires ACTION to receive clarity… when so many believe it is the opposite. How often do you WAIT for clarity or try to think your way into clarity just to be paralyzed by procrastination?

And last… but certainly not least it requires the person to rewire the way they approach ALL THINGS. See, when we are not doing enough we feel like we need TO DO IT ALL in order to achieve our goals and dreams. But ask anyone who’s had any success, it doesn’t work this way. If you are going to achieve greatness you will need to do the basics, over and over. The simple things. The “simple” things that are not so easy to repeat day after day… week after week!

In this talk I project my authentic self and personal stories into the lessons learned. How I went from $732 in my bank account to earning millions as a small business owner (across multiple business endeavors).
