Earlier this month, my partner and I went to the mountains for a couple of days. We were both in need of a little bit of down time
I always bring cameras when I travel, but I typically only bring analog cameras. In my mind, digital cameras are for “work.” Anything personal, I shoot on film. I made an exception this time—right as I was walking out the door—and was surprised by how much I used my digital camera.
Typically, I share older, archive images on the first of the month, but I thought I would break habit this month and share some of the digital images from our time away. We were gone three days—a length of time that I thought warranted bringing four cameras and four books. In my defence, they all got used/read at least once.
