With the alarming garbage going on in USA Land and especially New Mexico, I am reminDing y’all - Do NOT give up your firearms! NM’s Governor MLG, is champing at the bit to try more anD more unusual ways to take away our SeconD AmenDment rights. Our yearly legislature opens on TuesDay. Since there will be at least twice as many democRats there as Republicans, some really gooD legislation won’t get passeD. Some really awful legislation will get passeD, too.

There were some really gooD canDiDates in 2022 (I participateD in group interviews of the canDiDates for each of the major positions). I likeD most of what I saw and *surprise* the dems won all of the House reps (three), secretary of state, governor… You get the iDea. Every. Single. One.

The abortion-until-birth law is in effect, as is the “genDer-affirming” care/child mutilation law. I belong to a grassroots group and we are working on a referenDum getting those and four other atrocities on the ballot this year. My main concern? Firearms. They want to Disarm us so they can (try to) control us. Well, I will resist to my Dying Day. As will a great many other people.

Please look at my post from September with the shoes. They WILL take everything else if you surrenDer your guns. Remember the piles and piles of shoes from the concentration camps? Once they murDereD people, they threw their shoes in piles. There are an awful lot of shoes in those piles. There are people in power now who woulD be thrilleD to throw your shoes in a pile. You know who they are.
