As a voter registration agent who almost always works on election days, the real cheating has to be happening after us poll workers go home. My state is mostly red with three sh1tty blue cities which are running the place. Destroying it, actually. One of the three Repubs running for governor lives in AZ. I think he’s here just to stir up trouble. It’s working. Herding cats anyone?
Two of NM’s three Reps allegedly used to work for Epstein’s Zorro Ranch here. Our two senators are at least as embarrassing as they are, possibly more so. The five of them have a combined IQ of 43. Or whatever Pramila Jayapal’s IQ is.
Lately, I have been re-reading some books I read a long time ago. Long enough ago that I remember mostly bits and pieces of them. Book after book after book. I’m about 1/3 of the way through the fourth Hannibal Lecter book. Never read that one before. Series of books work better than non-series. Distracts from probate stuff worries.
Why worry? Because I’m really good at it. Please make and sign a will. 20/20 hindsight. Don’t wait.
Just visited my dad. Being nearly 93 has not slowed his brain down at all. Dad still does things around the house, which I think is good for him. My stepsister lives there and keeps an eye on him. She had her nose in the air at first; she taught sciences and algebra in a high school for 22 years, so it was inevitable. I mostly neither like nor trust most teachers, so we were like oil and water at first. We had a good time once both of us unwound. She’s a libby though. She said that there only 15 cases of voter fraud in the AZ election in 2020. See? I rest my case.
My wish for us all is that we never have to drive in Phoenix! Even driving in SoCal for 18 years did not prepare me for that mass chaos!! I’m glad my sister drove!
