Plitvice National Park in Croatia

There are so many beautiful places in this world. This is a photo of one of the nicest national parks I’ve ever seen! I found it through a free online jigsaw puzzle site. All the fun of jigsaw puzzles but none of the mess!

Someone needs to tell the wokesters the virtue-signaling thing has jumped the shark. Y’all can stop that sh1t now. Enough is enough!

How dare a person (who won’t even define what a particular gender is) tell us our Constitution hampers our sh1tty gov’t? It is supposed to do that! There hasn’t been nearly enough hampering since long before I was born in the late 50s. Which is why we have a sh1tty gov’t! Speaking PC was bad enough but now Princess Twinkletoes in Canada wants to put people in jail who don’t brownnose! He’s having a fun time suiciding people who don’t fit his WEF definition of “normal.” Like he’s normal??

I have some issues sitting on my back burners. Some things require a long time to cook!

If you want to read some entertaining sciencey-type stuff, Live Science is pretty hilarious. They are pushing the green BS like… they’re getting paid to! I’ve read some of the coverage of Iceland’s volcano that doesn’t seem to have quite figured out how to erupt. I suspect Neil DeBarf Tyson has some fans over there. While their basic info is useful, it takes a hard left at we’re-all-gonna-die-because-climate-change. Puh-LEEZE!!!

TOMORROW IS RESURRECTION SUNDAY!!

Isaiah 53 - English Standard Version

Who has believed what he has heard from us?
    And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
For he grew up before him like a young plant,
    and like a root out of dry ground;
he had no form or majesty that we should look at him,
    and no beauty that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by men,
    a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief;
and as one from whom men hide their faces
    he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Surely he has borne our griefs
    and carried our sorrows;
yet we esteemed him stricken,
    smitten by God, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions;
    he was crushed for our iniquities;
upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace,
    and with his wounds we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray;
    we have turned—every one—to his own way;
and the Lord has laid on him
    the iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed, and he was afflicted,
    yet he opened not his mouth;
like a lamb that is led to the slaughter,
    and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent,
    so he opened not his mouth.
By oppression and judgment he was taken away;
    and as for his generation, who considered
that he was cut off out of the land of the living,
    stricken for the transgression of my people?
And they made his grave with the wicked
    and with a rich man in his death,
although he had done no violence,
    and there was no deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to crush him;
    he has put him to grief;
when his soul makes an offering for guilt,
    he shall see his offspring; he shall prolong his days;
the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
11 Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied;
by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant,
    make many to be accounted righteous,
    and he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many,
    and he shall divide the spoil with the strong,
because he poured out his soul to death
    and was numbered with the transgressors;
yet he bore the sin of many,
    and makes intercession for the transgressors.

I am not quite sure how to go about getting permission so I’m being very clear that this is from the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Holy Bible.

Jesus was punished for our sins; He died for us! What greater gift was ever given to us than that?!

And here’s my current favorite hymn:

Come, thou Fount of every blessing

Come, thou Fount of every blessing,

tune my heart to sing thy grace;

streams of mercy, never ceasing,

call for songs of loudest praise.

Teach me some melodious sonnet,

sung by flaming tongues above.

Praise the mount I'm fixed upon it

mount of God's redeeming love.

Here I raise my Ebenezer.

hither by thy help I've come;

and I hope, by thy good pleasure,

safely to arrive at home.

Jesus sought me when a stranger,

wandering from the fold of God;

he, to rescue me from danger,

bought me with his precious blood.

Oh, to grace how great a debtor

daily I'm constrained to be!

Let thy goodness, like a fetter,

bind my wandering heart to thee:

prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,

prone to leave the God I love;

here's my heart, O take and seal it;

seal it for thy courts above.
