When we’re trying to come back to a creative practice after burnout or some other form of break, we often to try to force ourselves back to the same habits and level of productivity that we’re used to. But, as we’ve seen, you’re not the same person you were before—you need to find a new normal.
The Creative Capacity Ladder is a way to identify what you feel capable of right now and how you can build your creative muscle to help you work your way up to your goals.
I’m keeping this short and simple, because, if you’re capacity is low right now, the last thing you want is a lengthy post with complex instructions!
