We are thrilled to announce that applications for the WGiCS Board 2026-2027 are open! We would love to have you on our board to help us plan amazing events, grow our community, and have fun. The application deadline is Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
We are hosting a BBD event tonight to introduce the new first-years to WGiCS. Come enjoy free sushi and bracelet-making, and meet the incoming class of Yalies!

Professor Shah teaches Building Game Engines, 3D Real-Time Computer Graphics, and Introduction to Systems Programming (323). His research centers around geometry, real-time game engines, and computer graphics education. He also has industry experience working at companies, including PlayStation to Intel.

In partnership with Women in Physics, Quark, Wiches, SWE, Dimensions and WISAY, Y/WGiCS is hosting the GEMSTONE HALL BALL in the Peabody Museum. Join us on April 28th for a night of fun, dancing, gemstones and pictures.
This event welcomes everyone who wants to have fun, dance and celebrate women and gender minorities in STEM! Register scanning the QR code.
Our annual trip to Mew Haven cat cafe is back on April 27 at 10am. To secure your spot, sign up at this google form. The form will open on Monday, April 13 at 8PM. We only have 15 spots so priority will be given to those who are 100% sure they can come, so there is a space to note that in the form. Check out the form for more details!
