Europe lets Netanyahu fly freely after downing Bolivian presidential plane in hunt for Snowden

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was once again permitted to fly through the airspace of France, Italy, and Greece en route to the United States, even though — as signatories of the ICC Rome Statute — the European countries are legally obligated to detain the alleged war criminal.
