As you might know, I just published my second book. The Sheepfold constellation inspired my writing.
What’s so special about the Sheepfold?
Well, the Sheepfold is the first in a group of constellations called The Arc of Five. It is central to the story. Yah’s Word prophesies an end-days gathering place for the protection of His people. The Sheepfold is the starting point for this study.
The Sheepfold is the most obscure constellation on the zodiac. The meaning has been lost; the picture is not what we’ve been told.
The Latin name “Cancer” suggests the pictograph is a crab. However, the stars themselves cannot be traced to form a clear crab-like figure. 🦀🚫
Further, the stars are faint and uneasy to trace in the night sky. If you have ever tried looking for this constellation, likely you have had trouble.
The root word of the Hebrew name means secret or inaccessible. This constellation represents something hidden.
Mysteries surround the Sheepfold constellation.
YHWH is revealing secrets in the End Days to save and protect a remnant of His people.
Jeremiah prophesied about the Tribulation and the Ingathering. In the Book of Jeremiah, we are told that we will understand these things “in the latter days.”
Jeremiah 30:24b “In the latter days you shall understand it.”
In other words, the Spirit will give understanding about the Ingathering when it is needed. The Spirit illuminates Yah’s Word.
The Ingathering is prophesied in both the written Word and in the heavenly scroll. It’s always been there. But in the End Days, YHWH will give us understanding. 📜⭐
The Sheepfold constellation is a significant sign prophesying the gathering place.
The Hebrew name of the Sheepfold constellation is Botsrah (בצרה). Botsrah means sheepfold or enclosure. The root word is the verb botsar (בצר), meaning to gather, fence, or fortify.
The constellation outlines a fenced enclosure where a shepherd assembles his flock. The Sheepfold’s entrance is narrow. Two gate doors are swung open to welcome the sheep. 🐑
YHWH promised to gather His people in the End Days. He will assemble them in a gathering place.
Micah 2:12 “I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.” (KJV)
Notice the Hebrew word in Micah’s prophecy. It is the word “botsrah.” This is the same name as the constellation!
YHWH inscribed this sign to witness to the gathering place. He prophesied through the prophetic Scriptures to communicate the same message.
Both the prophetic Scriptures and the constellation describe the future gathering place; both use the imagery of a sheepfold; both are connected to the word Botsrah. These parallels are not mere coincidence.
