I’ve reserved this top portion of the newsletter for the brief anecdotal life update or extemporaneous bit of news. Sometimes it’s a call to action like trying to get you to call 1-877-DONWILL (which is still a thing just kinda dormant cus, life) and other times it’s just me rambling a bit. The only thing I have for you today however is a whole lot of new music because it seems like a lot has dropped!

This week I got to to chop it up with The Jungle Brothers and I had such a good time that I don’t think I got through half my questions. At a certain point we were just hanging out and I think how much fun we were having really shows.

Don & Von just turned 5 years old and we let the occasion pass w/out giving yall anything special. No vinyl re-release, no remixes, nothing! For that I apologize but I also ask that you take some time out your day to run the album back one time for your boys.
Erykah and Alan dropped a video for their upcoming project and I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet but I do know that it’s 10 minutes long. I’m pretty excited about their album dropping and you should be too!
Denzel Curry has found Kenny Beats! Finally! They are dropping Unlocked Vol 2 and this is the first single. That first Unlocked is an album that I thoroughly enjoyed so based on this single I’m really excited to hear this.
Busta dropped a new visual for his Dillagence 2 project and it’s a song that features Lil Wayne. Busta has never had a problem A&R’ing a project so i’m pretty excited to hear this album. I also think I figured out what the whole blue man thing is about and I’ll sum it up by saying the OG’s love AI.
