大家好！ I was recently googling the word 沈菜 in Chinese and found both "shěncài" and "chéncài" in different search results. How would you pronounce it? Are they both correct pronunciations? (It's the old word for "kimchi" in Korean. Is this word also still used in China to refer to a type of pickled vegetable? or are they all called 泡菜 nowadays?) Thanks!
