I had such a wonderful live conversation with Walter Rhein and Tony Tidbit of A BLACK EXECUTIVE PERSPECTIVE this morning. We talked about the importance of leaning into being uncomfortable when having conversations and the value those uncomfortable conversations can yield. We talk about our individual efforts to create critically important conversations and what we’ve learned by doing so. It was excellent!
