If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I adore the French clothing brand Sézane. I have a blog post dedicated to some of my favorite pieces I’ve purchased over the years. I’ve even converted my husband to their menswear. We’ve hosted a few private shopping experiences at the flagship store in Paris, and it’s always one of the most popular activities. So when I read about their rebrand, I was quite intrigued to see the latest collection. Featured as “unveiling a new identity”, the company first previewed scarves and bags earlier this month before releasing the Fall Collection.
After thoroughly window shopping the lookbook, here’s what caught my eye from the latest collection.
I instantly fell for the sleeves on this cardigan. It will be a perfect transition piece for fall. It looks so polished and incredibly chic.
Another great transition piece, this oversized leather jacket will be great for chilly evenings. I’m eyeing it for a trip to Morocco this fall.
I love their new take on a bucket bag. I’ve had one of Sézane’s bucket bags for years, and this updated version feels so fresh and modern.
This shirt looks like an updated version of my beloved Chlo blouse that I have in multiple colors.
This is labeled as a coat, but it looks like an oversized poncho/jumper to me. I love the rich chocolate brown color.
I’m planning on packing this cozy jumper for all of my winter travels. I have a feeling this will be a staple in my wardrobe.
You can never go wrong with a trench coat, and in my opinion, you can never have too many. In the fall and winter, coats are the cornerstone of your outfit. This release has the trench in a few new colorways.
This blouse looks so unique! The different basketweave patterns are quite intricate. I think this would look casual enough for everyday wear but could easily be dressed up for an evening out with trousers or a skirt.
The detailed weave on the waistband of this skirt is incredible! You can really see a theme throughout these pieces. The craftsmanship looks so intricate on many elements of this collection.
This looks like the most perfect lightweight turtleneck for fall. Even better, it will layer quite well under jackets and coats when the weather turns colder.
This beautiful yellow knit jacket looks similar to the Sophie cardigan but has slimmer sleeves and a bit longer of a torso. Plus, it has an integrated scarf!
An updated and sophisticated version of the peplum tops we all wore in the early 2010s.
I’d love to hear what you think of Sézane’s rebrand! Let me know your thoughts in the comments and what you’re shopping from the lookbook.
Until next time,
Whitney
